These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you", "your") and Lepak88 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the Lepak88 online gaming platform, accessible at https://lepak88.cam and any associated mobile interfaces or applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, depositing funds, placing wagers, or otherwise accessing any feature of the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, as well as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy, each of which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account. Continued use following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the registered account created by a User on the Platform, used to access gaming services, manage funds, and receive communications from Lepak88.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in a User's Account at any given time, comprising deposited funds and any credited bonus amounts separately designated as such.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits granted by Lepak88 that are subject to specific wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real funds.
• "Real Money Funds" means funds deposited by the User via a supported payment method, excluding Bonus Funds, that are available for withdrawal subject to applicable verification requirements.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount (or deposit plus bonus) must be staked on qualifying games before the associated funds become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification procedures required by Lepak88 prior to processing withdrawals or as otherwise required by our compliance obligations.
• "Service" refers to all gaming products, betting markets, promotions, and associated features offered by Lepak88 through the Platform.
• "MYR / RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary transactional currency of the Platform.

To be eligible to register and maintain an account on the Lepak88 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

1. You are at least 21 years of age. Lepak88 operates a strict 21+ policy in line with international best practices for responsible gambling.
2. You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under applicable local, national, or international law. It is your sole responsibility to verify the legality of online gambling in your jurisdiction before registering.
3. You have not previously been excluded, suspended, or banned from the Lepak88 Platform or from any other gaming platform operated by the same group, whether voluntarily or otherwise.
4. You are not acting on behalf of another person, a corporation, or any third party when registering an account or placing wagers.
5. You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of any employee or contractor of Lepak88 or any of its affiliated entities.
6. You are of sound mind and are capable of forming legally binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Lepak88 reserves the right to request verification of any of the above eligibility criteria at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending investigation.

Each User is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Lepak88 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or fraudulent accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending withdrawals and bonus balances.

When completing the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and Malaysian phone number. You undertake to maintain the accuracy of this information and to update it promptly if it changes.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your sole responsibility unless you have reported unauthorised access to Lepak88 prior to such activity occurring.

Lepak88 reserves the right to refuse registration or to close an account at any time without stating a reason, subject to the return of any verified Real Money Funds held in the account at the time of closure.

Lepak88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following payment methods are currently supported: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and selected cryptocurrency options including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT).

The minimum deposit amount is RM30. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. Maximum deposit and withdrawal limits are set per payment method and are displayed at the time of transaction.

All withdrawals are subject to identity verification (KYC) before processing. You may be required to submit a copy of a government-issued identity document, proof of address, and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used to make the original deposit. Lepak88 processes verified withdrawal requests within 15 minutes during standard operating hours; however, some bank transfers may take up to one business day depending on the receiving institution.

Lepak88 employs a return-to-source policy: withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit, up to the deposited amount. Any excess shall be processed via the Player's nominated bank account.

Deposits identified as originating from third-party accounts, corporate accounts, or payment methods not registered in the Player's name will be reversed and the associated account may be suspended pending investigation.

Lepak88 offers a range of promotional bonuses to both new and existing players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms and conditions published at the time the promotion is active, which take precedence over these general Terms in the event of any conflict regarding that specific offer.

Unless otherwise stated, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonus funds are credited separately from Real Money Funds and are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 25x to 40x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion. The applicable multiplier will be stated clearly in the individual promotion terms.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: slots typically contribute 100%, live casino games may contribute 10–20%, and certain games may be excluded entirely from wagering contributions. Refer to individual promotion terms for the applicable contribution table.
• Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited if a withdrawal is requested before wagering requirements have been met.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per new player, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• Lepak88 reserves the right to cancel, modify, or extend any promotion at its sole discretion, including without notice in cases of suspected abuse.

All bets placed on the Lepak88 sportsbook and casino platform are final once confirmed. It is the Player's sole responsibility to review the details of a bet — including selection, odds, and stake — before confirmation. Lepak88 will not void or amend bets following confirmation except in the specific circumstances outlined below.

Lepak88 reserves the right to void bets under the following circumstances:

• Where a technical or pricing error has caused manifestly incorrect odds or payouts to be displayed, and the Player reasonably should have been aware of the error.
• Where the outcome of an event has been affected by match-fixing, corruption, or other irregular activity as determined by a competent authority.
• Where a bet was placed after the official result of an event was already determined (commonly referred to as "late betting").
• Where the event is cancelled, postponed, or abandoned before the designated completion criteria for settlement are met, as defined in the applicable sport-specific rules.

Maximum stake limits and maximum payout limits apply per market and per event. These limits are displayed within the relevant betting interface. Lepak88 reserves the right to limit the maximum stake of any individual Player at its sole discretion.

For in-play betting markets, Lepak88 reserves the right to suspend or close markets at any time without notice. Live odds are subject to constant fluctuation and the odds at which a bet is confirmed may differ from the odds displayed at the time of selection if market movements occur during the confirmation process.

Lepak88 is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes active steps to minimise gambling-related harm among its player base. The following tools are available to all registered players at no cost, accessible directly from the account settings dashboard:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you may deposit to your account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum net loss you are willing to sustain within a specified period. Once the limit is reached, further wagering is suspended for the remainder of that period.
• Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after 30, 60, or 90 minutes of continuous play to encourage regular breaks.
• Reality Check: An on-screen prompt at set intervals displaying the net outcome of your current session.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary (30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 12 months) or permanent self-exclusion at any time. During a self-exclusion period, you will be unable to access your account or create a new account.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Lepak88 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to relevant law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated bots, software scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or gain an unfair advantage over other players or the house.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the use of the Platform, including depositing funds derived from illegal activity.
• Registering multiple accounts or creating accounts using false, misleading, or third-party personal information.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, glitches, or errors in the Platform's games or betting systems for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate the outcome of poker games, live dealer games, or any other multi-player product.
• Attempting to place bets on behalf of a self-excluded player or a Player who has been suspended or banned from the Platform.
• Using abusive, threatening, or discriminatory language in any communication with Lepak88 staff or other players via live chat, email, or any other channel.

Lepak88 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms or any other policy incorporated herein by reference.
• Lepak88 has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or collusion involving the account.
• The Player's account is subject to a regulatory, legal, or law enforcement inquiry or order.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or during any subsequent verification process.
• Lepak88 is required to do so by a competent authority or applicable law.

In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, Lepak88 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no fraud or breach has occurred, the verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player via a method determined by Lepak88 at its sole discretion.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting our support team via email at [email protected]. Real Money Funds in the account at the time of closure will be returned subject to standard KYC verification.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Lepak88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, even if Lepak88 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Lepak88 makes no warranty, express or implied, that the Platform will be continuously available, free from errors, or that defects will be corrected. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to maintain 99.9% uptime, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may result in periods of unavailability for which Lepak88 accepts no liability.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or communications failure that affects the outcome of a wager or transaction, Lepak88 reserves the right to void the relevant bet or transaction and return the stake to the Player. The Company shall not be liable for any losses resulting from such events beyond the value of the stake placed.

Lepak88's maximum aggregate liability to any individual Player for any cause of action whatsoever shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds deposited by that Player and held in their account at the time the relevant cause of action arose.

The collection, storage, and processing of your personal data by Lepak88 is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and is available at lepak88.cam/privacy-policy.

By accepting these Terms, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including for the purpose of fulfilling our legal obligations under applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and know-your-customer (KYC) regulations.

Lepak88 employs industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. We do not sell or transfer personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Lepak88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and at its sole discretion.
